Yahoo sells "Fix-A-Flat for Bikes Only" (http://shop.store.yahoo.com/oilstore/fixbikon3oz.html) for $3.79/can. This is a 3 oz. can that looks small enough to put in a hydration pack. They say it will seal and inflate a mtn. bike tire to around 50 psi.

I'm mostly interested in using fix-a-flat during races. I'm not too keen on using Stan's tire sealant due the the mess and the burping problems that some people report. I have only had 3 flat tires while racing over the last 5 years or so. If the fix-a-flat works, it could be a 30 second fix as opposed to the 3-5 minutes needed to replace an innertube.

Does anyone have any experience with this stuff?

Here is a better link with info: http://www.walgreens.com/store/product.jsp?CATID=100523&id=prod374783

I have tried it. It can work for punctures. Basically useless for pinch flats. I tried it in a race and it would not seal the tube so I had to swap tubes. The sealant was everywhere and just nasty, revolting, stinky stuff. I was lucky to have a plastic bag to put the bad tube and inflator can in. Did not eat for the rest of the race because my hands and gloves were covered.

The 30-second-fix took 15-20 minutes.
