Hi All, Can anyone suggest an entry level air fork to replace this one on my hybrid bike?

Suntour NRX D HLO. 63mm. Hydraulic Speed Lockout / Preload

I won't be doing anything extreme with it. I'd like to have a stiff adjustable suspension that will mostly be used for smoothing out the bumps on the road and gravel trails.

This is my current bike:

Thanks!

This should probably be moved either to the shocks and suspension forum or the gravel bike forum. The problem with your situation is that most forks now, even the older 9mm x 100mm quick-release ones, are 100-120mm or more, there are not even many 80mm travel ones especially for a 29" bike. There are 80mm ones still sitting around, waiting to be purchased for 24" or 26" bikes but I don't think there are any for 29" bikes, so you may have to get the same exact fork again. Try posting this in the gravel bike forum, they will know more about it. Remember that you need a fork that is 9/100mm for fitting the right axle, and 1 1/8 straight steerer, and I would not go over 80mm, 100mm is probably too much.
