Have EMDs changed over the last 18 months?

Not to my knowledge. Pretty much any EMD frame built after mid 2008 has the same specs for tire clearance in the rear, same chain stays and seat stays. The new AIR 9's, however have been changed for 2010... and they are heavier/stronger in the rear triangle.
