I have a rear elixir 1 disc brake with 1350mm hose. It doesn't fit completely with the cable routing on my MC Fury. I am looking to lengthening the rear hydraulic line to 1600mm to fit the frame. So I have jagwire hyflow hydraulic line, jagwire avid elixir fitting kit, and a avid hydraulic disc brake bleeder kit in my amazon cart. Would I be able to do this myself? If so, how hard is it to change the hose? Or should I take it to a LBS to have them change the hose?
