It's going to be my 3rd replacement of the BB, anyone got a better solution instead of regular Pressfit BB's??

I love this Element, but now I'm seriously considering going back to Threaded BB's, like Santa Cruz has on their bikes. My LBS does both brands so if there's not a good option to get rid of that Pressfit bs I think I'll swap.

Depends on the spindle size. If it's 22-24 mm (GXP or Shimano-compatible) I'd go Chris King. I've had one running for years and put one in my Slayer as well. For 30 mm spindle cranks it seems like this is the only solution. That said, I'm aware there are rebrands/clones (Rotor, I believe, among others) and my LBS trashes even those in about 6 months. Yeah, it rains here ;-)
