Just recieved my El Santo and i'm looking for some ideas on a build kit.
I got the "XS 14" frame, but the seat tube measures 16" c-t.
I work for a bike shop in Dearborn, Michigan so I will be buying all parts through QBP.
My budget is around $1000-$1500 for a custom build. Possibly more?
Any Suggestions?

I am waiting for business to pick up @ my lbs so I can start working again.
BTW, I'm saving up for a WTB LaserDisc Trail wheelset and a WTB Wolverine 2.2 front and Vulpine 2.1 rear tires, then she'll be done!
