Hey folks!

So, I've never done a 6 hour solo before but I have done a marathon (Park City point to point) so am somewhat familiar with pacing and relying on the aid stations. What I'm not familiar with is how to best prepare for the "self support" after every lap during this race (El Doce @ Pow Mow, Utah). What have you all discovered to be helpful to have in your drop bag? Any other advice or tips would be helpful! Thanks!
