John Bennett, one of our Freshman racers from last year who won the Norcal Freshman title, did his first Sport Category Race (Jr. Sport 16-under) on Saturday and took 4th. It was interesting to see how John faired against the seasoned Club presence from the Monterey Area, a fine racer from the Coast Range and the strong riders from around the West. We are very proud of what John accomplished.
