Most likely, you will need a chain for the 20t. Might even need one for the 18t, but probably not. It all depends on the size of your chainring and length of chainstay.the pup said:

How much adjustability is in the White Industries Eccentric ENO hub? I have a 16, 18, and 20t freewheels, will the one chain length fit all three or will I need to purchase another chain for the 20t cog?

you wont be able to go from the 16 to 20 for sure, that is 2 full links. truth is depending on chainstay length i have had trouble going from 16 to 18 (while rare it could happen).
I suggest using a good chain with some extra master links. the kmc 610 has really strong masters and i have no issue running 2 of them to make chain (length) changes quick and painless.

Got and installed my new Eric' ENO hub/Wheel and it's pretty cool. The 16t and the 18t both fit with the same chain. I have another chain for the 20t, but now I'm wondering when I will ever really need that gear.
On a side note: I removed my Paul Melvin of course with the new wheel and I have a removable der hanger. I can't just take it off because it is recessed and the wheel bolts up to the top of it. It spoils the look with the hanger just 'hanging' there so I'm going to cut it off and grind it into shape to match the contours of the bike. Is this what is normally done in this situation?

You should be able to pick up a replacement hanger at the LBS. Use your old one for the metal shop mods and save the new one in the event you decide to sell the frame or switch back to gears. Normally $10-20 for a new one.
