No, e-bikes are not allowed on the San Juan trail. As it is with most people on e-bikes though, you will still see quite a few of them out there. I guess being lazy and out of shape is a hard habit to kick...

Riding ebikes where it's illegal is a "victimless crime". Sort of like punching someone in the dark.

Encouraging others to ride illegal trails, or ride illegal bikes is a violation of site posting rules. If they are not allowed, don’t do it, and don’t encourage it. Thread closed.
