Afternoon all,

I recently had a bit of a clear-out on Ebay having not used it for a while. I've just received an invoice for more than £150. It appears that I have been charged:

- Listing fees
- 10% of the final selling price of each of the items
- about 5% of the transfer price to be paid by paypal

Can this possibly be right?

I might be being naive here but this is taking the p1ss, surely? It's not worth using Ebay if the fees are that high.

Any thoughts?

I was surpised on the increase of fees also after not listing for a while. Hopefully they will change them back to the original fee structure. The only place it helps now from what I understand is there is a $50 fee limit for the final sales fee, so high dollar items are not as bad.

I guess I'll just have to be more careful in the future and find other places to list, the current fee structure is just too much for me. Plus, I don't have any beanie babies to sell.

Thanks for the input.
