My guess would be they are NOT legit bars....not by a long shot. Although they don't sell the RXL line any longer, I think they were all made in Taiwan and were OCLV carbon. Link might be helpful too.

There are a huge number of Bontrager knock-off parts sold on ebay.

There is a guy from Denver who quite clearly gets fake logo'd XXX seatposts from Alibaba with a decade old design, and resells them as new old stock without packaging. But they aren't real, they are complete fakes. It is super obvious when comparing the seat clamp parts to the real ones.
