I'm thinking about getting some Easton Havocs but am worried that they won't be stiff laterally since they only have 24 spokes. Anyone notice if they are less stiff than 32 spoke standard rims?

Is the bolt on rear axle option available yet? It's not mentioned on Easton's site.

They are solid wheelset! I have em for almost 2 yrs now. they're prety solid to think it has only 24 spokes. also Jensonusa has 50% off of some of Easton product including these wheelset! you can get them for $349! that's is a very good price for these wheelset!! I'm actually tempted to buy another set. also the last time I spoke with Easton they said that the rear 10mm converter will be availble this June for $80. that's including the axle and bearings.

I've been really happy with my Havocs. Still straight and true after a couple of years. I found them much stiffer laterally than the Crossmax XL's they replaced.
