Call down to one of LBS's before you go to Flag. I've heard there were some Hot Shots(fire-crews) deployed to Little Elden Mtn. Same Mtn as Shultz and Little Knarley trails , but I think it is on the other side of the Mtn. You could always ride the AZ "C" trails, but you may smell smoke.
