As long as it is at least an 07, go for it, great fork for the Spot IMO. The man who owns PUSH runs it, so it's gotta be good, rightJTBAZ said:

It seems all the feedback has been positive. I have an opportunity to pick up a 36 at a good price? Should I give it a try?

I did not like the feel of the Lyric at all. I could probably get it to feel good, but out of the box (and this is compared to a well used 36 Talas) the 36 felt a little better when climbing. What is the AtoC of each. The Lyric felt tall!LncNuvue said:I want to see a list of all of the different forks you've tried on your spotIf going big how about the lyrik? Seems like a popular option for the spot on SOMO.
