Hi all,

Little issue here not sure whats going on... for some reasom my Duc's will flex left \ and not center but will flex right / and return | center.

any idea what would cause this. I think I have everything pretty tight and the bushings are not worn and I have the new endro seals.

The housing doesnt look bent either.

Make sure that your release levers are the same tightness.
The lever cam action is 5:1, meaning 20 lbs of pressure equals 100 lbs of clamping force.
The lever should start to pressure about 10:30-11:00 O'Clock.
Anything tighter than that will cause failure.

I have them pretty tight just dosnest seem to auto center, I wll check the QR again tonight

Just found this:
Overhauling a DUC, the "dropout" wasn't tight against the "inner tube"..

I'm confused.. what should I be looking for? Dropout, you mean the QR?

The silver part that the hub fits into, aka dropout.

Thanks! I've messing with it all night still gets cocked left doesnt matter if its climbing mode or not but as I tighten it its, gotten better. Better but still not centereed.. really annoying
