I recently had my Mavic XM719 rim replaced by a DT Swiss 4.1 ceramic rim.
I use the green Koolstop pads, designed for ceramic rims. Now the problem seems to be that these pads are eaten up by the rim at an alarming rate. I can almost feel the pads wear through my brake lever while braking.
I've used a Mavic 517 ceramic rim before, and this rim was not that hard on the pads.
DT Swiss makes it's own pads for their ceramic rims, but these cost quite some $$$$, and i don't know if they are more durable.

Does anybody use/know any good alternative ?

I use the Shimano pads for ceramic rims. I also have the 517's and the new 4.1c's. The DT's are way harder on pads.
