Tektro RL520 or the (more expensive and made by Tektro) Cane Creek version. I've a set on my drop-bar 29er (w/BB7's) and find them plenty comfortable on the hoods, and the lever's pretty comfy too.
Try a search as there's lots of info on the boards, mostly over in the 29er forum. There are also several other considerations with drops like fit, shifting, and cable routing.
I've considered drops for my forthcoming Pugs, but I think I'm gonna go plain-Jane flat bars for now, and upgrade to a Rawland Antler in the next couple of years. Drops can be a lot of work to set up for mountain use, but I feel it's worth it in the end. There are some sweet MTB drop bars coming out in the next year, what are you using?
