I also have a set of Chromo On-One Mary Bars w/ a longer Salsa Stem, Ergon GP1 Lights with Cane Creek Direct Curve Levers. I am going to try that set up next week. I am also going to eventually try a FAT Front Set-up with a 100mm. PUG Fork, Large Marge/Larry combo. Just a little concerned about the weight that would be added. As is she weighs in @

That's a beautiful monkey! Pretty much my dream-monkey with a Larry on the front.

I'm surprised it weighs that much with the carbon fork and all, but I suppose those fat tyres are pretty porky.

I am interested in knowing the changes in handing with a Niner carbon fork from the stock Surly fork as well . The Niner fork is 3 mm shorter but has more offset .
