Downieville DH??

The word last weekend was that the property owners are changing their minds and might not want the trail going through their land. We tried to find it but only found the little connector trail between the roads and not the whole thing down to the start of Butcher. The shuttle drivers didn't want to show us where it was either -- no matter what bribe we offered

My guess right now is that it is NOT going to be added. But, I'm going up early to get a few practice runs anyway, just in case.

I talked to them today, it will not be added

same start...

Yeah, same start as past years. Next year we hope to have the course start on the Sunrise trail. The land owner is allowing us to put a trail on his land, and it is being worked on as I type, but please please please don't go looking for it. It is not ready yet, and the land owner has not given final approval. If he sees people tresspassing on his land looking for the new trail, it could blow it for everyone. We will open it ASAP and we will let everyone know as soon as we have a date. Help us make this happen and respect his private property.

I KNOW WERE IT IS!!!! but I can't tell. The land owner is backing down because downieville outfitters will not sign a release saying they wont sue
