today we off-sloped a few hundred feet of tread, installed drains, filled braking bumps and constructed a reroute just above the spring. the reroute provides better line of sight and should help reduce some of the user conflicts between motos going uphill and mountain bikers heading downhill. the new section of trail flows much better and will shed water like a duck. 3rd Divide is in great shape and will be even better with a few more days of love from the SBTS Trail Crew. tomorrow some of us are finishing up the reroute and another crew is going in by moto to install some large drains near the top of Butcher Ranch.

We rode there today and it was in epic condition. I've never seen the trail in better shape.
