See pic below. I just built up a Dos and after getting fitted I am concerned that my seatpost is not deep enough. While I am well above the minimum on the Thomson seatpost the depth is not below the top tube, which I thought was the rule of thumb. Should I get the next size seatpost (410mm)? Thanks in advance.

Well looks like I will be answering my own post. According to Salsa, the important issue is making sure the seatpost is past the brace. See below...
