Do these brake threads look ok?

Removed the post mount adapter from my pike for the first time in a while a few days ago. I noticed the threads are looking a bit rough? Pictures are after they were cleaned thoroughly.

Not sure if this is normal for the soft magnesium lowers but it does concern me as I've heard theyre fairly easy to strip. It feels and threads fine.

Thanks.

Put brake on and torque it to specs. It it holds, its good. If it strip, put a helicoil in and call it a day.

It looks like the old Loctite that was used on the bolts.

It appears as if water was able to seep in and corrode the threads. I would suggest using new fasteners that are coated such as black oxide or even SS and combine with blue loctite. Torque to spec and if it holds you are good.

I've done a few rides on it since and it has been holding fine. I was mostly concerned about the long term, otherwise I might start keeping an eye out for replacement lowers

I cleaned the threads with alcohol so it should just be bare thread in the pictures. I think theres a bit of debris left in the top photo but thats it
