Hi i have a 2003 diamondback xts with magura julies on it. I am looking to put bigger rotors on it(8inch). What adapter do i need, and where can i get them.

are your calipers IS or postmount with adapters?

this is an IS caliper

this is a postmount caliper (postmounts with an adapter can be mounted to IS mounts)

you will need an adapter to increase the size, but the current rotor size and caliper style is needed to find the right adapter...


EDIT: you could also post some pics of your current setup and we figure it out together

then you nedd a +40mm IS-to-IS adapter to use 203mm brakes

for example

Those adapters work for any 160mm IS caliper, so they work on the back too..
