Do you mean the rotor? The caliper mounts to the bike using the kits you discussed. The rotor is a different story.
Unless you have wheels that are ready for discs, you'll need a new wheelset. The hubs must be designed for disc brakes.... and the rim, too. You need a place to mount the rotor
Don't forget to add the price of a new wheelset to your costs.
Also, do you have seperate shifters and brake levers, or do you have the combo shift lever / derailler shifter? If you have a combo, then you'll need to get new shifters since you will have to replace the current brake levers with the Juicy Hydro levers. You can avoid that if you use mechanical disk brakes.
It's getting very expensive.
