Last year my best wattage output for one minute was 425. The previous year my best output for one minute was 360. I'm just starting my interval training for this year and my first session of 2 sets of 6 X 1 min on 1 min off was ok the first set but 2nd set it was very hard to keep watts at 400. Maybe I should have kept the first set a little lower so both sets were the same?
