Soooo......

Has anyone had any success fixing up a DH9 with a busted derailleur hanger? I'm picking the availability of swingarms is a bit lacking these days.

what about a saint derailleur and hub?

Yeah, that was my first thought too, but the DH9 has a frame specific rear hub, with a oversize through axel. I know a few engineers/cnc machinists, and am considering getting a new axel machined up which includes a tapered end to fit a saint mech, but looking at the pictures of the rear end, I'm not 100% convinced it would fit. The axel looks to be furter than normal away from the mech hanger, if that makes sense.

I carefully straightened mine out then drilled and tapped it with a heli coil. If you tore all the way through that is a little tougher, but mine was bent and thoroughly stripped when I drilled it out. If you need it, I can post the size of tap and heli-coil
