Are NORBA sanctioned DH race results posted on a national site? What do you have to place to qualify for nationals?

Yes, they are posted on two different Websites.

www.usacycling.org and www.norbanationals.com

If you log on to www.usacycling.org, click on race results and then you can search pretty much any rider.

From what I can see, it looks like they're only posting nationals event results, not state series. Is that correct? The results are posted on the state site (TMBRA), but aren't broken down by age.

The USA Cycling Web site should have the State series on their site. I know that all of last year's Big Bear races were posted.
