an old slick roadtyre can also make a tough chainstay protector on likes of the karate monkey with its exposed mech cable underneath where a regular neoprene protector will interfere with the cable...

"its a Pug's life" was my real introduction to Surly Passion and of course to the Pugs..and although the future paint job on the bike for me was a good reason to get one...that thread influenced me A LOT.

I recently bought, and am in the process of building up, a Dummy. Both in the process of deciding to get one, and now in the process of getting it ready to roll, I have learned MUCH from this form and the majority of that has easily been from Devo.

And, the constant Asana reference is a welcome reminder to keep leaning a little toward enlightenment. . .

as most know, I'm a huge proponent of Surly

In the last week, I've had a huge amount of work to accomplish
i had to move all my belongings out from my residence
and move my bike shop out of the the garage, where I had my things.

thanks to The Dummy, I was able to accomplish these goals
along with continue working on bikes.

I know this is a old thread but Devo was one of the reason I am building a BD. I have had a Surly LHT for some time here and its a great bicycle too.Maybe they should pay Devo he has done a lot for Surly for sure.
