I am flying out to Des Moines for work for 6 days and was hoping someone could point me in the direction to a rental shop and some good trails. I don’t need anything fancy just a decent mtn bike to ride after work a day or 2. I looked for rentals in the area and found lots of road bikes and e bike rentals but no mtn bike rentals. Any help is much appreciated. As far as the trails go I’m not picky but if I can get away from crowds I am happy. Thanks In advance!

I know Banner (southeast from DSM) has some decent trails, also a few in town, Center Trail Loop and Denman's woods. Not much help on the rental tho, could always buy from REI and use their return policy
