Anyone ever order a derailleur hanger from this web site? I've ordered a total of 6 so far over a course of a year for 3 different brands of bikes. I must say, the hangers seem much more stout than the OEM hangers. And a bit cheaper too. It seems like they're doing some quality machining at the company.
The area that attaches to the frame of most of the hangers seem to be at most 1/2 the thickness of the rear dropout so I guess it should bend or break there. I guess my question is, can a derailleur hanger be TOO strong? I mean, can it damage the frame by NOT giving way or breaking?
