thanks for the info guys.

but i was just wondering, will the xt calipers work ok with those rotors. this guy makes ones t hat look like the actual shimano ones too...

but which of those two will be better.

also... i used my front xt caliper with my old hayes mechanical rotors, and well....
it didn't really stop the way i thought xt hydraulic brakes should stop, is that because the rotors were weak sauce?

It's hard to tell for a unbranded rotor. But generally, Shimano calipers play well with most rotors. Its the Shimano rotors that get upset when paired with a non-shimano caliper.

Also note that they are 6-bolt rotors. Make sure you have a 6-bolt hub.

If I have to give it a guess, I would say they'll work with Shimano calipers, but confirming with the seller might be your best bet.
