My daughter (by accident) knocked over my Stumpy. It only fell on its side, but left a good sized dent on the side of the top tube. It doesn't look cracked, and but I can fit a dime on its side(flat ways) on the dent. Has anyone dented there bike, and how safe can this be?

I wouldn't worry too much about it. So long is it's not cracked, it will hold up basically for the rest of it's riding life. Every bike I own has at least one dent in it. Some have more than one.

If you're really worried about it, the best advice I can offer is to sand off the paint down to bare metal and check for cracks. If you don't find any, get some Testors paint and fix the sanded patch. But if I owned your bike, I would just ride it.
