Any ideas on how to deflate a tire that has clogged valves? There some air in my tires but not enough to take the tire off without deflating it and I can't figure out how to deflate the tire short of making a hole.

Schrader's all have removable cores and so do most presta valves. I'm guessing if it's clogged it must have sealant in it so whatever valve the op has must be removable.
Probably the case, excellent deduction. Even Slime presta tubes would have removable cores. It's possible to get sealant into a tube with a non-removeable core, but anyone willing to go through that PITA process can probably figure out hot to undo it.

not enough specific details

but
assuming all this

presta
and
tubeless
and
removable core

remove core and use a thin pick and ream out the valve
