Just posting to get this info locked down for others who might get a hotrock in the future. Took me a bit of searching to get the weight

The current tires on my daughters hotrock are specialized nimbus wire bead 24" tires.

So moving to small block 8's or 425g tires will save about 650g rotational weight which is a pretty big deal for a 6 year old

Casing: 30 TPI
Bead: wire
Compound: 70a
Flat Protection: Flak Jacket
20" x 1.5; psi 50-80; approx weight 600g
24" x 1.5; psi 50-80; approx weight 750g
26" x 1.5; psi 35-80; approx weight 840g
700 x 28; psi 115-125; approximate weight 640g
700 x 32; psi 75-100; approximate weight 740g
700 x 35; psi 75-100; approximate weight 810g
700 x 38; psi 75-100; approximate weight 855g

The first thing I did on both my kids Hotrock 24's was to swap the tyres. Made a huge difference (I got a great deal on Rocket Ron 24's).
