Anyone have any tips for removing the decals from my Surly KM Fork without scratching up the paint? They seem to be on top of the paint without any clear coat on top. Please advise if you have any tips. Thanks.

#1 Use your fingernails.
#2 Use some Goo-Be-Gone and a razorblade.
#3 Use a hairdryer to loosen the adhesive, then use your fingernail, clean up residue with Goo-Be-Gone or WD40.
