Don't worry about it.

The more the bike costs the less percentage the dealer makes. Now if you can employee purchase a bike int hat price range there is a considerable discount :thumbsup:

Only money..think of the fun.

Dealers get little break on high end bikes say over $3000 plus as the componenent mix and research and development costs are passed on to the consumer. A $4000.00 bike, profit to a bike shop maybe $1300 if lucky or so depends on the volume the bike shop buys from the supplier also.
Bike shops make more money on addons, service etc.

yup! that dosen't include the cost to build, floor and sell the bike either. Buy accessories and support your LBS!! lol

well ill just say this, if the bike costs msrp 4500, and if the shop has the best package, it will cost them 2700. the rest is profit. but if you can get the employee discount price, you will pay around 2400 or so.
