I've got a 27.2 post right now. Is it a 27.2 or a 30 mm post? If it IS a 30mm post, can I shim it to work with the 27.2 post?

Needs to be 30.0 or a smaller size (usually 27.2) with a shim OD of 30.0.

I have an 05 IRD in 30.0 (OEM unused -- I replaced it with a RF) from my Dawg Dee-Lux if you would like it...

Thank but I'm looking for a Thompson and want to be sure it'll fits... I find a 30.0!
