I've been off my bike since June 1 due to minor car accident. I've been very conservative for the healing process, heed my doc's ( who is a mtber) rec's and being patient.

Whee! got clearance to start riding again 1 week ago. So first I hit the monday night ladies ride. 10 miles of flat fun singles track. Yeah, baby. I thought for sure I'd be sore but I felt so good after...

Then some bike commuting by mtb, and then today I hit my favorite local techy trail. It does have a two mile climb and all I can about that climb is that at least I did not have it in the granny all the way. I was worried about how much fitness I might have lost, and how much nerve. Nerve's still good, fitness, not as much loss as I thought. So all is good. I have my life back now.:D

Ha, I like your style! Glad to see you're feeling well enough to pretend you were never hurt in the first place! :D

Today after a checkup/cleaning at the dentist, was told, "Don't eat for half an hour." Is he nuts? I had the app't during lunchtime. Of *course* I ate immediately afterward
