We rode my track for the first time this weekend. We've got a few changes to make, but it's awesome as is! You crank once or twice to get rolling, and then NO MORE pedalling! It beats you down too.. Great workout and soooo much fun.

That is effing sweet! Almost makes me wish I had a backyard. Actually, it just makes me wish you guys were my neighbors. Nicely done.

What went into putting the whole thing together?

Thanks! It took us two weekends to build it (3 of us working), and about $600 worth of dirt. The amount of dirt was three dump trucks (72,000 lbs), and we put it together with 3 shovels, two tampers, two wheelbarrows, and a track hose to keep it wet.

look at the latest issue of Mountain Bike Action for more.. Just picked this up today.. Pretty funny timing
