On the Cygolite web site, they do have a picture of the beam pattern vs. a typical 30 watt halogen light. I'll see what I can do to post an actual picture onto this forum.

Couldn't upload the pictures I took of the beam pattern. But I can describe it. It looks like a thick V pattern. The picture I tried to take shows a beam that is over 20 feet wide from 40 feet away and my backyard office is clearly seen in the background over 110 feet away. Exactly what you saw on the Cygolite web site. Far better than the Niterider MiNewt X2 Dual I had before.

Good question. I asked the site moderator a couple of weeks ago to add the Cygolite MityCross onto their review list but received no answer.

Maybe if enought people ask then they might do it. as Isnt supposeed to be better than the ayups.
