So, I'm going up to the GC this weekend to do some volunteer type work. Of course, I'm going to bring the bike for before/after I have to go out and work. What are some good trails, paths, whatever, up there? I don't need anything hard or technical, just something where I can get away from the tourists and see something most people usually don't.
If anybody wants to maybe ride up there with me, let me know. I've got a seat open int he Ranger. I'll tell you how to put in an application packet. It's going to be leave Phoenix early Friday, and get back late in the day Monday. Entrance to the park is free, so is using the campground. Entrance is normally $25 for a week, plus $18 a night for the campground, so that's a pretty good deal. Supply your own camping gear. They'll supply tools, lunch, water, etc.
