CX Fork Crowns

I want to build a steel fork for CX with a 1-1/8" steerer tube. So far I see Nova stocks one, and I think BikeLugs used to. Went to Ceeway and they only stock 1" according to their site . . . any suggestions?

I am searching for the same thing and the customer wants a Pacenti rando crown which seems to be far in the future since the new owners haven't replied re: expected availability

Ceeway has the PS1(Bike Lugs/Pecenti artisan) in 1.125 last I checked.
You could also roll your own with a unicrown or segmented(Fat City style) fork.

A crown with 50mm of clearance is fine for CX, looks like Nova has 3 that fit that description....or is this bike really intended for something other than CX racing?

I don't see the mountain crown on Pacenti's site anymore. Hopefully he's just out of stock at the moment.

I wouldn't expect it back anytime soon. Stock at bike lugs has thinned out a lot.

That's what instigated my inquiry. A month ago he had those plate fork cowns, now nothing.

I use the LC33 from Ceeway for my 1 1/8" steerer cross forks. You could also look at the B70 if you want a flat crown.

I had the LC33 on a rigid specific 29er and it was great even with 2.1" tyres in it

I am after one of the PCD-MTB crowns in 1-1/8 but seeing as Kirk seems to be closing out Bikelugs.com to focus on other work I might be out of luck

Cash waiting if any one has a spare....

Same here. It's just the crown that I like the best for mtb use.

Per an email response I got from Kirk yesterday, they should have the mountain crowns in stock in +/- 60 days. I know he's moving on to other things, but it looks like he's not completely giving up on bikelugs.com, which is good for all of us.
