I can't wait...maybe.

I was going to buy a new bike this year, but one kid needs new glasses, the other one "needed" a new Fender Strat, and Mom has decided she needs a new car. My old bike (a Ross...tell you anything about how old?) is an embarassment.

Maybe I'll walk in to Yawkey and watch you young guns doin' it...

@OLDFATBALDGUY

Have you ever been to the local groups meetings? Are you on our email list? PM your email address and I can get you on there.

Our April meeting will be all about the grand opening (now officially called the Cuyuna Lakes Mountain Bike Festival). We will have a schedule available, etc.

Rent or demo a nice bike. Fraction of the cost and all of the fun.

Rode two hours on my new Rocky Mountain 29'er west of Ironton tonight...this old, fat, bald codger is pumped. Probably eat peanut butter and crackers for a month while I finish paying for it, but I can tell right away I loooove the new bike.

Only fell off the bike once...not a mark on me or the bike. Yah! Took a ride down "The Screamer" and up and down "Sand Hog" and I really like the disc brakes on the new bike after using rim brakes for 40 years!

Awesome! The praise for the trail just keeps coming in.

I too have a 29er. Perfect bike for Cuyuna. Right now, Rolly Polly is the only trail I still feel the need to retard the speed on. Can do most hills with just a bit "keep it between the rocks/trees" brake tapping.

I encourage everyone to come up and see this wonderful trail this weekend at the Festival!!!
