The longest commercially available (that is, you can buy 'small' quantities) is FiberFix, which is a Aramid weave 'emergency' spoke that is a whopping 400mm (usable) long. Not the best choice for building a wheel, though.
You could also just get a big roll of 2mm music wire. For the hub end, you could just twist the wire around itself and solder it... airplane people have been doing it for centuries. Or you could roll threads on both ends and use a hub that takes nipples.
Try BHS. He is the distributor for Pillar in the USA and has a really good working knowledge of what is out there (also sells Wheelsmith and Sapim). He might be able to help. FYI, it takes him a bit of time to respond, he is very backed up from my recent conversation with him.
