This is what a local team was planning to use: http://champ-sys.com/

Prices and options seem OK.
I highly recommend Canari. http://www.canari.com/custom/

They did my personal stuff and our race teams stuff. You only need a small minimum where most places require much larger orders.
jakroo.com also does a lot of this. Some guys in my office just ordered some gear from them. I can update this when it arrives.
Tried the elite euro short today. They are really, really nice (6 short minimum order). Uniform made in Poland.

Our team went with them, and it's February, and they're already here.

Last year, another team I was on went with Blackbottom uniforms, and it was just delay after delay after delay. They are nice uniforms though (made in Colombia).

I don't know if I want anything made in China interfacing with the family jewels.
I have been satisfied with Mt. Borah. They have a lot of patterns for their semi customs stuff too.
We used Champ-sys this year. We are happy w/cost, quality and turn around time.
I (we actually) hate the Champion systems chamois. It's "ok" for shorter durations like short track, crits or cross but the low quality stitching, poor design and odd placement (too far forward) have left many with abrasions in places you shouldn't have abrasions even with chamois cream.

That being said, the quick turnarounds, low minimums and low costs make Champion systems a great place for jerseys/jackets and the other things.

In the past we've had castelli, vermarc, garneau (all great) and are getting panache (tbd) this year. The biggest reasons for all of the changes has been reps getting us good deals on other things.
We are now working with www.curveinc.com from Boulder, CO. They will help with all the art work, logos, colors, etc. Their jerseys and shorts/bibs are of very high quality and the prices are very reasonable. Great people to deal with.

There is apparently a new "endurance" chamois, but I have absolutely no experience with it.

Our team used Champ-sys last year too. You can't beat the minimums and they have tons of products to choose from, ie. jackets, tights, knickers. Once you order 10 main items of the same type (10 jerseys) you can order 1 of everything else on the same order, excluding accessories.

My teammates have had some complaints about the chamois as well. I have both the regular and the endurance. The endurance has more padding but the material is the same as the regular. Neither are that great as far as chamois's go but they do the job. I would strongly recommend not wasting your time with the regular chamois unless you plan on using it for rides that last under an hour.
Panache

Check these guys out. I have used them for the last 2 years and they have been awesome. The best bib short I have ever worn.

Our team has been using Champions since 2007 and I've never heard anyone complain about the chamois? I do our ordering and have always had great communications and fast turnaround. They are also now a sponsor of our State Championship Series so they give back too.
