Was riding up Gold Camp to the Jack's on Saturday when a critical piece on my bike broke just after the second tunnel on the way up (near the top of the climb). Called CS West Bikes and not only did they have the part I needed, Mindy (the owenr) brought the part out to me along with the tools to fix it. Above and beyond in the customer service department for sure. Jack's is clear and ready to rip!!!:thumbsup:

Mindy is awesome. Haven't been to the shop, but she was very helpful on a White Rim trip.
