hi,
i'm looking to buy a new set of cranks,
i currently run 175mm cranks and i catch rock fairly often,

i have in the past used 170mm cranks on a dh bike and the 5mm difference made a huge improvement on rock catching.

now if i go 170mm on my AM bike, will i feel the difference in leverage? will i feel like i'm having a harder time pedaling?
I could not see that effect on my dh bike but ..its a dh bike...
