Without going into the debate of Crank Bros pedals Vs all other brands..... (for some riders this is a tough topic to look past).

Are CB premium cleats worth the additional expense over the standard cleats? I'm wearing through a set of standard cleats every three months.

From what i've heard on here there are...that said i've never used them so i'm not 100% sure

They will wear longer and they have a bit more rotational adjustment so you can align the cleat better (to "work" against the springs less) which also reduces wear.

Yep, I've found that they last a lot longer than the standard cleats. They're only a few bucks more than the standard ones too, so I think they're worth it.

I like them because they are left/right adjustable and I am able to move my shoe inwards a few millimeters for a little bit lower Q factor and a little better feel.
