Have the same issue with the same rims. Shop took a look, spoke to specialized. Word was it's just cracks in the anodized finish.... Rode my wheels (hard) all summer and fall last year and they did not explode!
Hard to tell from the photo - it could just be cracks in the paint. Take it to your LBS and get them to check it. I would say that it would be very rare for an alloy rim to crack longitudinally like that....
